Colourful lithographed tin Dutch windmill, features designs at the base (Dutch Street scene) of people arriving to have their meal ground, revolving windmill at the front and a young boy dangling from turning wheel at the back. When sand is poured into upper chute, the boy and wheels rotate and sand omits from the lower chute.
