Description

An interesting Victorian English Skeleton Clock. The two-train chain fusee movement has delicate five spole wheelwork throughout and elaborately cut decorative steelwork for the strike work. The silvered and engraved dial is elaborately skeletonized and was fitted with equally decorative and finely pierced steel-cut hands. The Roman-numerals are on seperate shields that are interlinked by stylized lances and decorative shapes.
